Pardon for spamming my journal, but I'm switching series for this next short, and not making a new entry for a different series makes organization hard.

Luca Turilli - Black Dragon

"Lancelot? He didn't exist. He was an invention of the French." There was a twist in Rahass's voice when he said "French", and Luca very suddenly felt a rapport with him.

"You're British, aren't you?" he asked.

"No. I'm a Cymric Briton. At least, I think that was what the humans were calling themselves then... I wasn't paying a lot of attention to them except to eat them." The silver-haired man stretched his shoulders and arms, his fingers hooking into claws.

"So if there was no Lancelot... Does that mean you knew Arthur?" Luca pressed.

"Knew Arthur?" Rahass laughed. "Of course I knew Arthur. I tried to eat him, after all."

Recently, I figured out that Rahass was born in northern England around 300 or so AD, when humans and dragons were still at odds because dragons ate people, and people murdered dragons. Most of his stories from the Dark and Middle Ages will probably feature attempting to eat knights, snorting that historians are wrong, and rants about the persecution of his people by the church. Apparently the bad reputation of dragons in the Bible makes him very upset.

Just finished a bunch of Taski drabbles, and I'm suddenly hit by Luca to do something. Brat.
Fucker didn't even give me an idea. Just said "Ooh Me next!"

An introspective, almost stream of consciousness-like piece from the point of view of Luca from the Fairy Project. No swears, no sex. Weird and kind of angsty, I guess, but not the normally filthy train of thought Luca normally has.

Originally published here on my other journal, this first archival is a Fairy Project side story featuring the intriguing and sensuous couple of Rahass and Dighmane. Non-explicit but still not recommended for children due to innuendo.

I enjoyed writing this, once I got started. Rahass is difficult to start things with, but accomodating and easy once you get past that. That, I believe, is a part of his personality. Rahass as a character is passionate about things he likes or wants to do, but even then, he's extremely lazy. ^^;;; It's tough to get him going.
